"You can be the boss": Kamala Harris' chat with her niece's granddaughter wins the Internet

US election 2020: Democratic Vice Presidential Candidate Kamala Harris, 55, is seen as a mobilizing factor for minority and women's votes.

New Delhi:

In a wonderful video shared by Mina Harris, the niece of the Democratic vice presidential candidate, Kamala Harris is seen with a young girl - believed to be her niece's granddaughter - reassuring the child "she could be the president."

In the 12-second video, Kamala Harris' niece's granddaughter, who is sitting on her lap in a black mask, is heard telling her aunt that she wants to be "the boss."

Kamala nodded and responded, "You could be president, but not now. You should be over 35."

To this the little girl replied, "Yes, but I can be a chief astronaut."

"The conversation went on like this for an hour," writes Mina Harris, as she shares this 12-second clip that has garnered more than 90,000 likes with comments of admiration and inspiration.

The video comes as US Democrat Joe Biden is close to winning the White House, extending his narrow lead over President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania and Georgia, even as Republicans sought to raise $ 60 million to fund lawsuits challenging the results.
